Description of Research:	Our study seeks to understand the impact of HIV Healthcare in terms of cost and effectiveness when compared to the DoD and civilian healthcare systems.
Relevance to VA:	As HIV is a chronic disease requiring lifelong treatment, it is crucial that the most cost-effective therapy and delivery are utilized. Our research program is focused on healthcare delivery and reducing inflammation in order to improve survival and quality of life.
