Revisions to the AREF Employee Handbook have been published online. Please visit the online handbook by clicking on Human Resources > Employees > Employee Handbook.

Additions were made to the "Employee Responsibilities" section, which resulted in a new section to capture key employee relations elements. The new section is appropriately titled "Employee Relations" and contains the following:
AREF Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment;
Sexual Harassment Statement;
Whistleblowers Policy & Guielines for Reporting Improper Activity;
Employee Privacy Policy (New!), and;
Electronic Communications Policy (New!).
