Effective immediately, the Foundation will be utilizing Employee Self-Service, an enhancement provided by BB&T's Payroll Service. The new system will enable you to access your pay statements, W-2s, personal information and leave balances online.
All employees will need to carefully review the instructions below to learn about the new system and how to register as a first-time user.
First-Time Users
1. Navigate your browser to the Employee Self-Service login page.

Click on the Register button.
3. Enter the following information from a pay statement within the last 30 days (all fields are case-sensitive):
- Company: A0544-001
- Social Security Number [no spaces or dashes]
- Check Number: [Under CHECK NUMBER, upper left-hand corner of your statement]
- Current Total Earnings: [Use the amount under CURRENT column in the TOTAL EARNINGS row]
- User Name: [Enter a combination of letters and digits only]
- Password: [Enter a combination of letters and digits only]

Click on the Logon button.
Returning Users
1. Navigate your browser to the Employee Self-Service login page.
2.
Enter your User Name.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click on the Logon button.
Your User Name and .Password was originally selected by you during registration. Click on the 'Register' link if you are unable to remember either piece of information.
